Higer Bus positively adopts advanced technologies by combining self-oriented development with international cooperation and by searching for talents in an effort to manufacture domestic buses and coaches of "safety, comfort and with added value". The excellent policies for talents attract a great many talents to form a powerful R&D team. At present, there are 150 technicians, of which 20% are masters or doctors.
